Linda Permar (Weber)

Linda Weber Obituary (1947 - 2022) - Souderton, PA - Legacy Remembers      Linda Permar Weber fought a  battle with the terrible disease of  ALS. She  died on Thursday evening August 25th at 9 pm. Many of our CR 65 girls had visited her at her lovely country farmhouse home and then at Neshaminy Manor Nursing Home.  Linda was a regular at the "65 Girls" luncheons over the last 10 years and was always the one bringing the game or prizes or fresh produce from her garden.  She was a wonderful jewelry designer and also refurbished many darling Cabbage Patch Dolls and just gave them out at our luncheons for us to give to grand children. Her vibrant, happy and fun-loving personality will be much missed. Below are photos of bags she refurbished from the Thrift Shop she volunteered in and also at Linda at another luncheon where she gave us all tomatoes from her large garden. We have so many wonderful memories of this dear friend. I wish I could find all the photos.  Maybe more coming. Her celebration of life will be held on Friday September 9th at 11:00 am at the Wrightstown Friends Meeting House 554 Penns Park Road and Route 413, Newtown, PA.  Memorial Contributions may be made in her memory to: ALS Association, Greater Philadelphia Chapter, 321 Norristown Road, Suite 260 , Ambler PA 19002.  To send online condolences to the family visit www.andersfh.com or send card to: Her mother, Catherine Permar, Wesley Enhanced Living , 200 Veterans Lane, Doylestown, PA 18901 and or her partner of 18 years and devoted love, Bob Chambers, PO Box 449 Penns Park, PA 18943.
